Joshua joined the US Army as a Military Police Officer where he served as a patrolman and investigator over his eight years of service. He was deployed for missions numerous times overseas where he served in combat and carried out other peacekeeping missions. Joshua returned to Oregon where he finished his undergraduate degree at Portland State University (Cum Laude) and attended Lewis & Clark Law School.
Joshua met his amazing wife Annie, who is also an attorney, while running his trial consulting business after leaving the military. The couple are parents to three young boys, Brady, Patrick & Lucas. Joshua and Annie made their home in Happy Valley where Joshua is actively involved with City Government working to make his community a better place for the families there.
